Refund policy

Because this is an immediately delivered digital product, refunds are handled under the rules below.

Before purchasing

Please review the free sample, product description, language, page count, and audience guidance before placing an order.

Eligible requests

Contact us within seven days if you were charged more than once, received a corrupted or inaccessible file that we cannot replace, or the delivered product materially differs from its description.

Change of mind

After the PDF has been delivered or downloaded, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered, except where required by applicable law.

How to request help

Reply to the purchase receipt with your order ID and a short explanation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
